Restrooms

There are restrooms located in two locations within the mall. The first is between Amy’s Hallmark and Packard's Games & Movies. The second is in our food court located in the Sears wing of the mall.

Pay Phones

Pay phones are conveniently located in the Belk wing, next to our Security offices.


ATM Machines

For your convenience, there is an ATM located near Center Court.

Play Area

Northgate Mall proudly presents the children’s play area! Located in the Belk court, it is open daily during mall hours. Please note, the play area will be closed for cleaning each day at 9AM, 1PM and 5PM.
